We try to produce your order in the exact quantity ordered, but this is not always possible due to quality control efforts and fast-running machines. We reserve the right to ship and subsequently bill or credit your charge card or account for up to 10% over or under the desired quantity.

Replacement Policy

 

Please note that any requests for replacement or refund have to reach us within 3 days of delivery via phone: (Your Phone Number), or email: [email protected]. Please remember to state the order number, date and time of delivery, item and quantity to be replaced, reasons for rejection, and preferred date of delivery. Please retain the original goods and return them via our delivery personnel so that we can follow up on the quality.

In the case of a refund, we will credit your account based on the purchase value of the returned goods. This credit can be used for future purchases and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

 

 

Short/Wrong Delivery

 

Customers are advised to check the goods received upon delivery. Any short or wrong delivery should be highlighted to our delivery personnel on the spot or to our customer service within 24 hours. The affected item will then be deleted from the invoice. Alternatively, we will credit you the difference on your next purchase.

 

Pricing Information

 

While we try our best to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products on printed material such as product lists and our website, the invoice accompanying the delivery contains the most updated product prices. If you are not satisfied with any changes in price, you may reject the particular product when it is delivered. We shall not be liable to make any compensation due to these price differences.
