  • Order number

  • Date and time of delivery

  • Item name and quantity

  • Reason for replacement or refund

  • Preferred date for receiving the replacement (if applicable)

Please retain the original item. Our delivery personnel will collect it to help us assess and improve our product quality.


Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account as store credit based on the purchase value of the returned product.
This credit can be used for future purchases and will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.


Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage-related request.

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery (as recorded by our delivery partner) by emailing us at [email protected] with the following:

  • At least two clear photos of the damaged product

  • A complete unboxing video, starting from the unopened package

Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for return or replacement.


Conditions for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item has a visible manufacturing defect or quality issue
