Grand Statue cares about our customers. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, come to us and we'll gladly arrange for a replacement or refund within 2 days of delivery. However, please read through the following terms and conditions to help us serve you better.

 

 

Replacement Policy

 

Please note that any requests for replacement or refund have to reach us within 2 days of delivery via phone: +91 7417388770  , or email: [email protected]. Please remember to state the order number, date and time of delivery, item and quantity to be replaced, reasons for rejection, and preferred date of delivery. Please retain the original goods and return them via our delivery personnel so that we can follow up on the quality.

In the case of a refund, we will credit your account based on the purchase value of the returned goods. This credit can be used for future purchases and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

 

REFUND POLICY
The unpacking video is necessary for any return, trade, or different issues.
In the event that you got a damaged item, it is expected that you reach us straightaway, no later than 24 hours since the item has been transferred to you (in view of information that we get from the conveyance organization) - it is expected that you advise us about the damage by email – [email protected] including least 2 pictures and unpacking video of the destroyed item.

Assuming 24 hours went by, we will not have the option to furnish you with a substitution.
