Please state the order number, date and time of delivery, item and quantity to be replaced, reasons for rejection, and preferred date of delivery. Retain the original goods and return them via our delivery personnel so that we can follow up on the quality. In the case of a refund, we will credit your account based on the purchase value of the returned goods. This credit can be used for future purchases and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Customers are advised to check the goods received upon delivery. Any short or wrong delivery should be highlighted to our delivery personnel on the spot or to our customer service within 24 hours. The affected item will then be deleted from the invoice, or we will credit you the difference on your next purchase.
